With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Lou Smith of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford H. Smith, Jr.; her daughter Concetta Westcott (Jeff); her granddaughters, Rachel Moenning (Taylor) and Sarah Westcott; her great grandchild Ruthie Moenning; and her nieces and nephews, Sam Reaves (Vickie), Steve Reaves (Debbie), Christi Moore (Francis), Patrice Lawson (Jon) and Debi Maki (Gary).
