He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Dougherty (Cannon); his daughter Bobbie L. Palmer (Charles); his grandchildren, Charles "Brian" Palmer Jr. (Maegan), Madeline L. Palmer and Joshua J. Palmer; and his great grandchild Kaden L. Grant.
