He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelley Lynn; and his parents, Allen and Pearl. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Scott (Lori) of North Carolina and Mark (Teri) of California; his grandchildren, Sarah, Connor, Henry and Grant; and his brothers, David (Jill) of Wisconsin and Timothy (Leanne) of Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
