Gary William Fries Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2022, at the age of 72, Gary William Fries of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Fries (Rohe) and Earl Fries; and his father-in-law Kenny Gerry, Sr.. He is survived by: his grandson Bradley; his wife Deb Gerry; his son Bradley (Laura) of Portland; his stepchildren, Crystal Pike (Randy) of Sudbury, David Thibeault (Heidi) of Alfred and Michael Thibeault (Morgan DiPietro) of Portland; his grandchildren, Amelia Fries, Wesley Pike, Owen Fries, Samuel Fries, Calvin Pike, Nolan Pike and Benjamin Fries; his sister Janet Wood (John) of Nipoma, California; his mother-in-law Sylvia Gerry of Scarborough, Maine; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Gerry (Doug Davlin) of Blackfoot and Ken Gerry, Jr. (Pam) of Alfred. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In March of 2020, Covid arrived, and they returned to Maine.
