He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Green and Lela Bishop Green; and his sister Rhonda Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dorminey Green; his children, Kim (Jeff), Monica, Christi (Jed) and Leah; his grandchildren, Brittany (Jon), David (Kayla), Shanda (Chris), Tish, Robert, Jordan, Cameron, Caden, Chloe, Jackson, Brielle and Penelope; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Dorminey (Mike) and David Dorminey.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Lewy Body Dementia Association to further research on this horrible disease.
