He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cora Lee Johns, Virgil Davis and Linda Henley; and his uncles, Pete Davis and Mike Davis.

He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Davis Sr. and Rachel Harvey Jr. (Richard) of Sanderson; his wife Terri Davis of Alachua; his sisters, Tina Carter (Josh) of Macclenny and Jennifer Lynn Davis of Woodbine, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Makayla Byrd, Joshua Carter Jr., Trinity Carter, Bryson Mobley, Chrissy Houten and Case Houten; and his aunts, Miriam Castleberry, Anita Davis and Becky Davis. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
