We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2024, at the age of 75, Frank Novak of Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Novak and Letha Novak; and his brother Gary Novak. He is survived by: his wife Carol Novak; his children, Emily and James; his daughter-in-law Alyssa; his grandchildren, Annie and Ally; and his brothers, Alan, Mike and Jon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of Frank's favorite charities, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the Jacksonville Humane Society, or an extension of care to his wife Carol by checking in with her or sending meal delivery service as he always wanted to be sure she was taken care of and fed well.
