He was predeceased by: his parents, H. S. Mckendree (Herb) and Bernice Howard McKendree; and his wife Joyce Lippard McKendree. He is survived by: his daughter Teri Davis (Phil); his granddaughters, Sabrina Thrift (Jody) and Cheyenne Carroll (Corey); and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Tara Thrift, Hayden and Carter Carroll.
