She is survived by: her children, Bradley Darryl Spevak (Zoreh) of Houston, Texas, Robert Bruce Spevak of Jacksonville and Cheryl Spevak Friedlin; her granddaughters, Nicole Spevak Katz (Evan) of Houston and Holly Spevak Radom (Steve) of Montecito, California; and her great grandchildren, Samuel George Katz, Alexandra Esther Katz, Roxana Sophie Katz, Michael Matthew Radom, Robert William Radom and Ryan Paige Radom.
