He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Pender Sr. and Willie Mae Black. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerome Pender, Donnell and Connell Black; his wife Earlene; his children, Constance O. Pender, Kevin A Williams (Denise), Michael T. Williams and Bailer Pender; his grandchildren, Marcel Williams, Marcus Williams, Dominquie Williams, Keyanna Williams and Jamario Williams; his great grandchild Ashlie Williams; his siblings, Marcel (Malik Williams), Jessie Pender, Carl Pender (Roselind), Joann Postell, Deborah A. Black and Felicia Levins; his aunts, Edna Brown, Francis Shannon and Bernadetta Shannon; and his uncle Robert Holland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many sorrowing friends.
