She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wesley Tucker and Mary Shumpert Tucker; her husband Ulysses C. Mangum; her siblings, Aaron, Boston, Edward, Youry Tucker, Mary Tucker, Clara Smith, Earline Cann, Leatha Bolton, Betty J. Tucker and John Tucker; and her children, Donnie, Edward Mangum, Wanda M. Mangum (David) and Edna S. Warren (Harris). She was also cherished by great-grand children, grand children, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Due to COVID-19, the family has chosen a private ceremony.
