He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Lerette and Theresa Lerette; and his brother Thomas Lerette. He is survived by: his children, David Lerette (Bridget), William "Billy" Roberts (Shannon), Jamie Tongret (John) and Tracie Westberry (Robert); his sisters, Catherine Hibbard and Cynthia Lerette Hovde; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jerry, Jay, Tess, Phoenix, Eryka, Heather, Cody, Maegan, Wayne and Tyler; and his great grandchild Willie. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jacksonville Zoo, an organization that Earle volunteered for many years.
