He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Allen and Juanita Allen. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Keller; his sons, Scott (Christi) and Brian (Misty); his grandchildren, Sandy, Colby, Jeb and Julia; and his brother Mike Allen.
