Sappenfield (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Sappenfield Sr. and Stella Sappenfield; his wife Peggy Prince; his siblings, Paul, Charlie Sappenfield, Lizzie Maines, Mabel Wall, Margaret Leagans, Violet Kimmer and Earline Burton; and his close friend Jackie Brissenden.
He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Pruitt (Lee); his grandson Marty Pruitt (Beth); and his great grandchildren, Trinity Shuman, Paisley Pruitt and Marti Paige Pruitt.
