Dwayne Moore Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwayne Moore of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peeples Event Center (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
