He is survived by: his wife Wilma Cassandra Wiggins; his siblings, Arnold Wiggins, Cedrick Wiggins, Gary Wiggins, Catherine Culp, Angela Wiggins and Joann Amos; his parents-in-law, Mose and Cora Gipson; his siblings-in-law, Carl Filmore, Clifford McCormick, Timothy Gipson, Dwight Gipson (Cynthia), Katrina James (Larry) and Regina Gipson; his nephews, Chris Wiggins, Kenneth Culp, Jr. and Patrick Wiggins; his niece Ericka Hill; and his friend Ora Bezue. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
