He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Livingston; his son Richard Hodge; and his parents, George Cullens Livingston and Allie Lee Livingston. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry, Dennis, Joe Franklin, Randy, Hubert, George, Lloyd, Mary Anne, Betty, Estelle and Carolyn; his close friend Jill Culbert; his siblings, Jennings and Diane; and his children, Tammie (Damian), Charlotte (Benny), Kenneth and Joe. He is also survived by his family, friends.
