We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024, at the age of 61, Donald Shubert (Jacksonville, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Shubert and Elouise Shubert; his siblings, Lonnie Strigglers, George Strigglers, Jerry Thompson, Geraldine Thompson, Eddie Shubert, Alvin Shubert, Bobby Shubert, Doris Shubert-Bellinger, Gloria Thompson and Elouise Shubert-Hall; his son-in-law Anthony Pearson; and his grandsons, Amari Jase and Jamari Jasen Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Shubert; his children, Ebony Moravia (Joseph), Octavia Jones, Shautavia Person and Juanqyanza Jones; his grandchildren, Rayonna Hills, Tyshai Maples, Zayden Jones, Zayda Jones, Zechariah Jones, Aniyah Person and Marcel Moravia; his mother-in-law Juanita Durham; his sisters, Linda Shubert and Norma Shubert-Jones (Eddie); and his in-laws, Terrie Durham, Torrance Beckworth, Sr., Tarvis Beckworth, Sr., Albert Bellinger, Sr., Brenda Shubert, Tony Joyner, Willie "Bo" Walker, Frank Thomas, Gary Ellerby and Breon Pittman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many sorrowing friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northside Chapel of Sarah L. Carter (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Serenity Chapel (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219).
