He is survived by: his wife Latrelle; his children, Donna Carter and Derrick Carter (Judy); his grandchildren, Chris Hodges, Matthew Carter (Ashley), Donnie Carter (Ashley), Jonathan Carter (Kirrah), Nathan Carter and Anna Grace Carter; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Hodges, Rebecca Hodges, Judah Carter and Jacob Carter.
