He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarrell T Meadows and Lillie Mae Meadows; and his sister Carolyn Fish. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Meadows; and his children, Donnie Meadows (Amy), Lonna Dotherow (Chris) and Richard Meadows (Morgan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (125 W Ashley St, Jacksonville, FL 32202). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
