He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hamil Johnson; his daughters, Katie Townsend (Kenneth Townsend) and Sarah Thomas (John Thomas); his grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Kori Jo, John Wayne, Thomas and Halle; and his siblings, Mary Ann Evans (Wayne), Diana Davis (L. A.), Jimmy Johnson (Mary), Cathy Notestone (Mike), Brenda Gill and Mike Johnson (Vickie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
