He is survived by: his wife Donna Mack Crowell; his children, Kelly Carnicelli (Ray) and Kevin Crowell (Tami); the mother of his children Linda Crowell; his grandchildren, Joey Carnicelli, Nicky Carnicelli (Alana), Anthony Carnicelli, Frankie Crowell and Cooper Crowell; his nephews, Donald J. Crowell, Scott Crowell (Wendi) and Michael Crowell (Ivy); his niece Kathy Osborne; and his pet Archie.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Deerwood Country Club (10239 Golf Club Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32256).
