He was predeceased by: his daughter Jean Marie Rasor. He is survived by: his wife Connie Fogle; his sons, Marc and Steve Fogle; and his grandchildren, Roy Rasor, Vanessa Lambert, Samantha Williams, Jessica Swanson, Austin Fogle, Madison Fogle and Caleb Fogle.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fraser Funeral Home (8168 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
