He is survived by: his stepdaughter Savannah Prince (Pheaon); his stepgrandchild Kai; his siblings, Jimmy Clark (Karen) of Jacksonville, Linda Williams of Jacksonville and Mary Ann Clark of Jacksonville; and his nephews, Kevin Clark (Meredith) of Nashville, Brian Clark (Courtney) of Jacksonville and Brad Clark.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Arlington Park Funeral Home (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arlington Park Cemetery (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211).
