We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2021, at the age of 79, Don Ray Brooks (Jacksonville, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Brooks and Twila Brooks; and his sisters, Barbara Heberling and Shirley Fleck. He is survived by: his wife Blanca Brooks; his daughters, Kelly Hofelt, Amy Lewis and Brenda Kowaluk; and his stepchildren, Gisell Ortega and Ryan Sarabia. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or St. John Paul II Catholic Church.
