With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Don Edward Welborn of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on July 29, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Welborn, Sr. and Lillian Rash; his wife Dawn Marcelja; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Welborn. He is survived by: his children, Kelli Shipe (John) of Simpsonville, Richard Welborn, Ashley Stokes (John), Dylan Graves (Ashley) and Cody Graves (Taylor); his brother Frank Welborn (Carol) of Jacksonville, Fla.; and his grandchildren, Jacob Tullos, John Shipe, Kinsley Shipe, David Welborn and Michael Welborn.

Memorials may be made to the Church of the Pentecost Fred Olson Center 8709 Hogan Road Jacksonville, Fla. 32216.
