She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Smoak and Margaret Smoak; and her sister Mercedes Williams (Maxine). She is survived by: her siblings, Delores (Dee Dee), Theresa Smoak-Giles (Henry), Theodore Smoak, Freddy Smoak (Paula) and Anthony Smoak. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, godchildren, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jr. Memorial Chapel (4315 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Springhill Missionary Baptist Church (11046 Harts Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
