He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Eileen Peavy; and his parents, Foy Carl Peavy and Mary Ellen Stewart Peavy. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Peavy; his grandson Anthony Peavy; and his siblings, Danny Peavy (Barbara), Deborah Lott (Stanley) and Kay Normandin (Ty).
In lieu of flowers, it was Dennis' wish that donations be made to Ionic Lodge #101, P.O. Box 1103, Jacksonville, FL 32201.
