With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deanna Duncan of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Park River, North Dakota, who passed away on May 26, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harvey Dibble Sr. and Loretta Isabelle White Dibble; and her siblings, Carmen Nolan, Theresa Sylvester, Tammy Urnanec and Randy Dibble.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark E. Duncan, Troy J. Duncan (Jessica) and Chad I. Duncan; her siblings, Mary Jane Odwyer and George H. Dibble Jr.; her grandchildren, Kayla Duncan, Colby Duncan, Cade Duncan, Margaret Duncan, Gavin Bradley, Landon Adams and Dillon Combs; and her nieces and nephews, Loretta, Heather, Amber, Nicole, Ashley, George, Jason, Ally, Joshua and Jacob.
