He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Elbert Fowler and Sarah Frances Seymour Fowler; his siblings, Linda McDaniel, Carolyn Hays (Mike), Stella Morden, William E Fowler and Rainer Livi; his children, Carol Ann Fowler, Linda Welk (Sean), Kellie Fowler, David T Fowler, Allie Fowler (Charles) and Josh Williams; and his grandchildren, Arianna, Samantha, Kaydence, Ariel, Annabella, Rylynn, Melody, KalLeigh, Julianna, Michael, Conner, Noah and David.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington Park Cemetery (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211).
