He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Vann and Etta Marie Vann; his brother Gerry; and his grandson Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Scotti; and his children, Shelly Norris (John), David Vann (Tammy) and Cassie Wallis (Mike). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grand children.
