He is survived by: his wife Donna Rafanowicz; his children, Brian Steele (Melinda) and Ashley Frank; his son-in-law Tim Frank; his granddaughters, Charlie Mae Frank and Millie June Frank; his brother Daniel Rafanowicz; his sister-in-law Patricia Rafanowicz; and his nieces, Kelly, Karen and Kimberly.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ramada Hotel & Convention Center (3130 Hartley Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257).
