He was predeceased by: his parents, David Burford and Mary Alice Richardson (Humphries) of Hinton; and his wife Judith Lynn Pullen. He is survived by: his children, Tammera Paul (Kevin) of Jacksonville, FL and Timothy Richardson (Susan) of Jacksonville, FL; his sisters, Barbara R. Cady of Fairmont, WV and Judith R. Mann of Roanoke, VA; his grandson Austin T. Paul of Jacksonville, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Michael and Kelsey Hecht of Jacksonville, FL; and his pet Tigger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
