He is survived by: his sister Carolyn (Gerald Richard) of Lakeville, MA; his children, Michael (Heather Fernandes) of Middleboro, MA, Nick Fernandes (Kelly Rhodes) of Chicago, IL, Anne Marie Fernandes of Los Angeles, CA and Thomas Fernandes of Atlanta, GA.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Brooke Fernandes of Middleboro, MA; and his nephews, Bryan Richard of Homosassa, FL and Brandon (Kelly Richard) of Lakeville, MA. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
