He is survived by: his parents, Sharon L. Sullins Cusic and Don Cusic; his grandmother Jessie Cusic; his sister Crista Smith (Justin); his nieces, Luna and Soleil; his uncle Bruce Cusic; and his aunts, Rose Haga (Sonny) and Nancy Rice (Mitch). He is also survived by many cousins & extended family.
