He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Touchton and Theresa Touchton; his wife Marianne McNeece Touchton; and his siblings, Gloria Davis and Donald Touchton of Jacksonville, FL..
He is survived by: his children, Janine Caldwell (Dennis), Timothy Touchton of Jacksonville, FL and Kortney Osborne (Caleb) of Yulee, FL; his grandson Eric Caldwell (Daphne) of Valley, AL; his children, Amy Etchison of Columbus, GA, Kristen Burnside (Chris) of New Orleans, LA, JJ Osborne of Yulee, FL. and Amelia Osborne of Yulee, FL.; and his sisters-in-law, Jurene Taylor (Wayne) of Jacksonville, FL and Cathy Koch of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by 7 Great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
