He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Crotts and Helen Crotts; his father-in-law J. William Talbott; and his sister-in-law Nancy L. Crotts. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Crotts; his stepson Elijah Holloway John (Taylor); his granddaughter Mikaela Holloway; his brother Bryan H. Crotts (Joyce Cox); his mother-in-law Joanne Talbott; and his sister-in-law Rev. Alexis Talbott.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Highlands United Methodist Church or Second Harvest Food Pantry.
