It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Curtis Larry Sharpe of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Sharpe and Anna Mae Sharpe; his brother Gerald Sharpe; and his son Christopher Sharpe. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Ingram, Elizabeth Faye Leach, Carol Shaw, Gail Cothren and Franklin (Betty). He is also survived by two granddaughters, two aunts, several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
