He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Butler and Bessie Shupe Kallam; and his siblings, Ella Riggs and Moffett Kallam. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kallam of St. Johns, FL; his children, Bryan Kallam (Tonja) of Middleburg, FL, Kimberly Kallam of Sophia, NC, Sharon DeWitt (Fred) of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Everly (Leah) of West Lafayette, IN and Mitchell Everly (Janet) of Savannah, GA; and his brother Larry Kallam of Asheboro, NC. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; along with several extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Franklin Street Baptist Church (2521 Franklin St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
