He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Sarah (Erik) and Erin (Matthew); his stepgrandsons, Garrett and Gavin; his brothers, Chuck, Scott (Pam), Jeff and Brad; his nieces, Natalie, Nicole and Magan; his nephew Josh (Alison); his great-niece Lexi; and his great-nephews, Logan, Landon and Christian. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
