She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stone and Betsy Stone; her husband Noah A. Waters, Sr.; her daughter Cindy Waters; her granddaughter Destiny Waters; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Waters.
She is survived by: her sons, Noah A. "Arty" Waters, Jr., Jeffery D. "BeeBee" Waters, Sr. and Kenneth "Kenny" Waters (Jamie).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peeples Family Funeral Home (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208).
