She was predeceased by: her mother Mayme Slater; and her granddaughters, Jessica Neal and Sarah Nagy. She is survived by:, Cheryl Nagy, Meredith Wiirre and Martin Neal. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garden City Methodist Church (3057 Dunn Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
