He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Danny and Lori; his grandchildren, Josh, Hannah and Ian; and his sister Edna Moise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Arlington Park Cemetery (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance (http://www.curefa.org) in Charlie's honor to help fund research to cure his grandson's (Josh) disease.
