He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles V. Bell, Sr. and Alene Hartley; his sons, Charles V. Bell, III of Hoboken, GA, Harry George Bell (Korey) of Hilliard, FL, Donald Edward Bell (Helen) of Ludlow, PA and Timothy Jonathan Bell (Autumn) of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughters, Ashley R. Bell, Victoria M. Bell, Emily R. Bell and Arryn P. Bell; and his son David Lee Bell. He was also cherished by 3 great-grandchildren.
