He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Plummer and Louise Plummer; his wife Dorothy; his sister Patricia (Buddy); and his nephew Jeff.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth (Bill); his sister Janet; his nephew Scott; his grandchildren, Sarah (Ryan) and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Ethan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Calendar Naugle Funeral Home (1203 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, February 14th at Greenlawn at 1:00 p.m. Flowers are welcomed, but if you would prefer to make a donation to the charity of your choice in Charles' memory, you are invited to do so.
