He is survived by: his wife Mildred Wall Harrod; his daughter Allison Harrod Akins (Todd); his granddaughter Brooke Mackenzie; his sister Mary Catherine Drane; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Wall Jones (Frank), Kim Wall Wood (Tracy) and Glenda Harrod. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
