He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leo Casey Sr. and Ann C. Engdol; and his brother-in-law Mike Barrington. He is survived by: his wife Misty Casey; his children, Chasity Esquivel (Rudy), Charles Leo Casey (Shelly), Bobby Joe Casey (Leigh Ann), Raymond Casey (Kristen), Matthew Barth (Kristin), Nicole Barth (Wayne Broomall), Casey Valentine (Matthew), Cody Barth and Mark Lowry; and his sisters, Brenda Barrington, Tammy Wood (Glenn) and Lisa Casey. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
