He was predeceased by: his children, Kenneth Charles Lowe, Susan Eileen Lowe and Charles E. Lowe. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Ann Lowe; his wife Judith Lowe; his granddaughters, Sarah Reynolds, Clara Lang, Lynsie Bailey and Ayla Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Abrie Rench, Alisha Lang, Tyler Bailey and Tanner Bailey. He is also survived by "Poppa" to his four granddaughters, two great-granddaughters and two great- grandsons.
