It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll E. Rhoden of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Jasper, Florida, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George McCollister Rhoden. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jenkins Rhoden; his daughters, Gina Walters (Will) and Priscilla Lagmay (Cesar); his grandchildren, Stacy, Amanda, Brittany (Allen), Mya (Brooks) and Jason; and also, Brian, Zayden, Baxley, Baylor, Estelle, Morgan, Noelle, Callie and Raelynn.
