It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Redmond Hietter (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Redmond, Jr. and Lillian G. Redmond; and her brother Walter Frederick "Billy" Redmond. She is survived by: her husband Val Hietter III; her children, Carol Ann Stover and Michael Val Hietter; her grandsons, John Foster and Billy Foster; her nephew John Frederick Redmond III; her nieces, Marianna Williams and Judy Westbrook; and her great grandchildren, Michael Foster, Will Foster and Matt Foster. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, and great-great-grandchildren.
